Birds Up Dude!!

I'm a mellow Californian surfer dog that just hangs around the house catching as many rays as I can. Many people think I'm the dog equivalent of Spicoli (Fast Times at Ridgemont High). But dude, when the human that I hang with takes me to a field to train or hunt... Oh man there is nothing like the rush of finding the scent, following it through the field, and then flushing the bird out (Thats if they decide to fly). But that is only 1/2 the fun... Retrieving the bird after it's been shot, finding where it went down or hiding when it's been winged. Then getting it back to my human.... No bigger thrill.

I met my current human in August of 2002 at Lighthouse Kennels in Cambria, WI (North East of Madison). And hung with this other dude, Torrey. So I hitched a ride with and been having a good time ever since.

As I get older my human keeps bringing more pups in. I have a good time to help train them not only for the field but for those habits my owner doesn't quite like.
